Kevin’s Story

Kevin is originally from New York, but he’s been a resident of North Carolina since 2000. Kevin first entered into the real estate industry in 2007, right as the market was tanking. At this time, Kevin was with a company that had in excess of 150 agents on the roster, but while there he became a top producer in a difficult and challenging market. Given that it was during the Great Recession — the second worst economic crash in the U.S. since the Great Depression — Kevin had to put in lots of hard work and a tremendous amount of hours to produce results. He did whatever was necessary to go above and beyond what was required. During the recession, Kevin got his CDPE certification to help home owners facing foreclosure, and as a result he saved at least 100 people from having their home foreclosed.

In 2010, Kevin joined RE/MAX and later became an owner of two offices in 2012. Being an owner of two offices, he’s had the opportunity to do lots of training and mentoring for new agents in the real estate industry. Kevin has been awarded the RE/MAX Platinum Club Award in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016. He’s also been awarded the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award, as well as the Chairman’s Club Award in 2017. Kevin is also fluent in American Sign Language, and is also currently studying and can communicate in Portuguese.

Kevin’s team began exceeding 100 transactions per year in 2012, and closed in excess of 150 transactions in 2017.  They cover everything from land, condos, high end properties, new construction, foreclosures, commercial real estate and even helping people to build and design their dream home.
